John Lewis Galgut

John Lewis was born in 1931 in Dorset, England. John Lewis' father was Maurice Galgut and his mother was Eva Sakov Sacof. His paternal grandparents were Max Ber Meier (Max Dov Meyer) Galgut and Dora Berhrman; his maternal grandparents were Pineas Sacof and Millie Kraum. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Paul, Geoffrey, Michael, Freda and Theodora. He is the sixth oldest of the seven children.
